Chef – Nigerian Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced chef who specializes in Nigerian cuisine to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute menu items that showcase West African cuisine
• Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
Requirements
• 1+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting
• Must have experience cooking West African dishes
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
